Master's in Negotiation and Alternative Conflict Resolution (2012) at the International University of "La Rioja" (Kingdom of Spain). Master in Irenology and Polemology (Studies on Peace and Conflicts - 2013) at the Seneca Institute in Madrid (Kingdom of Spain). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in International and Bolivian Law:

​

 

• Advisor to the Strategic Directorate for Maritime Claim (Bolivia) in the case "Obligation to Negotiate a Sovereign Access to the Pacific Ocean" (Bolivia v. Chile) before the International Court of Justice.

• Advisor on International Law to the Bolivian Attorney General's Office.

• Advisor in International Law of the Ministry of Justice and Institutional Transparency of Bolivia.

• Extensive experience in the implementation of Alternative Conflict Resolution Methods: negotiation, commercial arbitration, conciliation.

• Expert in the New Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure.

 

 

ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
